Term & Conditions  for adults

By participating in the Dubai World Circus Festival — International Circus Competition, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability:
   I understand and agree that the Dubai World Circus Festival, its organizers, instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage which may occur to me during training classes, workshops, rehearsals, or performances.

2. Health Certification:
   I certify that I am physically fit to participate in circus activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. There are no health-related conditions that would prevent my participation in the festival.

3. Release of Claims:
   I hereby release the Dubai World Circus Festival, its staff, organizers, and representatives from any action, claim, or liability for injuries, accidents, illness, or death arising from participation in festival activities, use of facilities, or attendance at performances.

4. Payments & Refunds:
   I acknowledge that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other participants. Refunds or extensions may be granted in the event of injury or illness, only upon submission of an official medical report, and only if full payment has been made in advance.

5. Dress Code:
   Uniforms or proper training attire are mandatory for all participants attending classes or workshops.

6. Spectators & Workshop Attendance:​

   • Relatives and friends of the partecipants, may attend in workshops only if a ticket is booked in advance.

   • School coach may participate alongside their students.

7. Photography & Filming:
   The festival may take photos and videos of participants for publicity and social media use. Participants may opt-out by ticking the relevant box.

8. Validity:
   I agree that this waiver and these terms apply to all current and future visits to the Dubai World Circus Festival.
