By enrolling my child(ren) in the Dubai World Circus Festival — International Circus Competition,

I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1.   Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability:
   I understand and agree that the festival, its organizers, instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage which may occur to my child during training, workshops, rehearsals, or performances.

2. Health Certification:
   I certify that my child is physically fit to participate in circus activities and has not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. There are no health conditions or concerns that would prevent participation in the festival.

3. Release of Claims:
   I hereby release the Dubai World Circus Festival, its staff, organizers, and representatives from any action, claim, or liability for injuries, accidents, illness, or death arising from participation in any festival activity, use of facilities, or attendance at performances.

4. Supervision:
   Children must not be left unattended by parents or guardians at any time, inside or outside the circus school, before or after classes, workshops, or shows.

5. Payments & Refunds:
   I understand that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other participants. Refunds or extensions may only be granted in the case of injury or illness, supported by an official medical report, and only if full payment has been made in advance.

6. Dress Code:
   Uniforms or appropriate training attire are mandatory for all students attending classes or workshops.

7. Spectators:

   • Parents, guardians, or other spectators are not permitted inside training sessions.

   • Participation in workshops is allowed for one parents or one coach only if a ticket or prior registration is booked.

8. Photography & Filming:
   The festival may take photos and videos of participants for publicity and social media use. Parents/guardians may opt-out by ticking the relevant box.

9. Validity:
   This waiver and agreement applies to all current and future visits to the Dubai World Circus Festival by the enrolled child(ren).
